One of the hardest things to do when you are working from home and getting paid from various sources is to keep track of your income. After months of not knowing exact numbers of my money coming in and money being spent I decided I needed to create something to change this.

I tried a few different approaches until I finally created a great tool that all affiliates should have. Using an excel spreadsheet I have created a great affiliate income tracker. Although this was originally designed for poker affiliates, it works for any type of affiliate looking to track their income.

The affiliate income tracker spreadsheet includes tabs for the following: affiliate income, other income, money spent, net revenue, passwords and monthly goals. I added the spreadsheet for passwords as it is something that will often bug me. Working from the computer most affiliates will have a ton of username and passwords to keep track of and this sheet will help. I also added a page for affiliates to write their monthly and long term goals. It is so important for affiliates to set goals and to get them written down. I felt there is no better place than right beside your revenue numbers.

The great thing about this affiliate income tracker is that it will do the calculations for you. All you need to do is input your numbers at the end of each month and you will have your net revenue number instantly. There is also a column to enter your affiliate income goal for each program you are working with and at the end of each month it will calculate how much you beat your goal by or how far off you were.
